Airport transfers to Walla Walla from Pasco, Pendleton and ALW

We pick your group up at the airport and drive you to where you are staying, or straight into the first day of your trip.

NW Touring & Concierge provides private, door-to-door transfers between Walla Walla and the three nearest airports: Tri-Cities Airport in Pasco (PSC) and Eastern Oregon Regional in Pendleton (PDT), each about an hour away, and Walla Walla Regional (ALW), in town. If you fly private into Pasco or Walla Walla, we pick you up at the FBO. You travel in our late-model Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, with pickups and drop-offs timed to your flights.

Where you land

Which airport to fly into

Tri-Cities Airport, Pasco (PSC)

The practical arrival for most guests, with the widest choice of airlines and nonstop routes into the region. It is about 50 miles from Walla Walla, roughly an hour's drive.

Walla Walla Regional (ALW)

On the edge of town, a short drive from downtown and most places guests stay. Its commercial flights connect through Seattle, so it suits you when routing through Seattle is convenient.

Eastern Oregon Regional, Pendleton (PDT)

Boutique Air flies small commercial flights between Pendleton and Portland, so it suits you when connecting through Portland is convenient. It is about 45 miles from Walla Walla, roughly an hour's drive.

Private aircraft

Flying private into Pasco or Walla Walla, we pick you up at the FBO, timed to your arrival like any other flight.

We also provide pickups from Spokane (GEG), Seattle (SEA), Portland (PDX) and Boise (BOI).

How it works

From the gate to the valley

Send us your flights

Flight numbers and arrival times for everyone in the group. Arrivals rarely land together, so we plan around the actual times rather than asking the first guests to wait for the last. We confirm the pickup point with you before your trip, and if your flight changes, call or text (509) 540-3600.

Where you are staying, or straight into the day

Door to door to your hotel or rental anywhere in the valley. If you land in the morning, a private tour can begin at the airport and end where you are staying.

Back for your flight

Departure day is timed to your flight home, including when the group is leaving on different flights.

Groups

Weddings, retreats and golf trips

When a whole group is flying in, the arrivals are usually the least-planned part of the trip. Send us the list of flights and we will work out the runs, so everyone reaches the valley without anyone organizing it. Rates: Rates depend on the airport, the number of guests and your flight times.
Hours: Our regular hours are 7am to 11pm daily, and we run outside them by request, so an early departure or a late arrival simply goes into the quote.
Group size: Up to 14 guests ride in a single Sprinter; larger groups travel together across several. Transfers are private to your group.
Licensing: Northwest Touring LLC is licensed in Washington State and for interstate travel — USDOT 3603851, MC 1225087, WA UTC 48038 — so a transfer can run to the Oregon side of the valley as readily as to downtown Walla Walla.
