Airport transfers to Walla Walla from Pasco and ALW
We meet your flight and drive your group to where you are staying, or straight into the first day of your trip.
Northwest Touring & Concierge provides private, door-to-door transfers between Walla Walla and both airports that serve it: Tri-Cities Airport in Pasco (PSC), about an hour away, and Walla Walla Regional (ALW), in town. We also meet private aircraft at the FBO. Transfers are timed to your flights, in both directions, in our licensed late-model Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, and each one is quoted for the group.
Which airport to fly into
Tri-Cities Airport, Pasco (PSC)
The practical arrival for most guests, with the widest choice of airlines and nonstop routes into the region. It is about 50 miles from Walla Walla, roughly an hour's drive.
Walla Walla Regional (ALW)
On the edge of town, a short drive from downtown and most places guests stay. Its commercial flights connect through Seattle, so it suits you when routing through Seattle is convenient.
Private aircraft
Flying private into either airport, we meet your aircraft at the FBO, timed to your arrival like any other flight.
From the gate to the valley
Weddings, retreats and golf trips
When a whole group is flying in, the arrivals are usually the least-planned part of the trip. Send us the list of flights and we will work out the runs, so everyone reaches the valley without anyone organizing it. Before you ask us for a quote
- Rates
- Every transfer is quoted for the group, on the airport, the number of guests and the flight times. We send the quote with our availability, usually within a few hours.
- Hours
- Our regular hours are 7am to 11pm daily, and we run outside them by request, so an early departure or a late arrival simply goes into the quote.
- Group size
- Up to 14 guests ride in a single Sprinter; larger groups travel together across several. Transfers are private to your group.
- Licensing
- Northwest Touring LLC is licensed in Washington State and for interstate travel — USDOT 3603851, MC 1225087, WA UTC 48038 — so a transfer can run to the Oregon side of the valley as readily as to downtown Walla Walla.
