Northwest Touring & Concierge (Northwest Touring LLC) collects information you submit through our website forms — typically your name, email, phone, guest count, dates, lodging, tour preferences, and optional package/partner context — so we can respond to booking requests and provide transportation services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate (for example email delivery) or when required by law.

Mobile information

If you provide a mobile number, we use it only to contact you about your inquiry or booked services (and SMS only if you opt in). We do not share mobile phone numbers or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS / text messages

Opt-in SMS is optional and unchecked by default. If you opt in, we may text you about scheduling, logistics, pickup, and related service messages for your booking. Message frequency varies.
