Northwest Touring & Concierge plans private wine tours for girls’ weekends and birthdays. The day belongs to your group alone. We match you with wineries you’ll enjoy, book the tasting appointments, plan lunch and handle every pickup, so everyone celebrates and nobody has to drive.
Planned around the people coming
Every celebration starts with a conversation about who’s coming, what they like to drink and how you want the day to feel. From that we choose the wineries, set the appointments and build the timing, with lunch along the way. Your guide handles the driving and the details, so the person you’re celebrating can simply enjoy the day.
Pickup is at your hotel, your rental or the airport. Up to 14 guests ride together in a single Sprinter, and larger groups travel together across several. There is room on board for the wine you buy along the way.

If you’re here for the whole weekend, we can plan more than one day, each with different wineries. Tell us the rest of your plans, and we will fit the tours around them.
A birthday
Tell us whose birthday it is when you get in touch. We plan the day with them in mind, from the wineries to where you stop for lunch.

Pricing and booking ahead
Private tours are priced by the hour, and the rates are on our tours page. A larger group is priced by party size, so tell us how many are coming. Winery tasting fees are paid separately.
Weekends fill first, especially at harvest and on the valley’s release weekends, so send your dates early.
