Shared wine tours in the Walla Walla Valley
A private van is a lot of vehicle for two people. Come as a couple or on your own, and spend the day with a handful of others who came here for the same reason.
Shared tours are five hours, $95 per guest or $115 with lunch, and run any day of the week. They are planned and driven by Northwest Touring & Concierge — the same appointments, the same Sprinters and a local host, on a route we set in advance. Dates and booking are handled by our partner Walla Walla Travel.
The same day we run privately, with a few more people in it
The route is set before anyone arrives, the appointments are booked, and lunch has a place in the middle of the day. Your host is with you from pickup to drop-off, taking care with the details and the timing. Nothing about the planning is thinner because the seats were sold one at a time.
What changes is the company. You will be tasting alongside people who chose the same day for their own reasons, which for a lot of guests turns out to be the best part of it.
You can book a single seat
One person can buy one seat. The minimums below are what it takes for the tour to depart, not what you have to book: two guests Sunday through Wednesday, and six Thursday through Saturday. Walla Walla Travel confirms each departure ahead of the date and will tell you where yours stands.
Booking terms, current dates and seat availability all live on the Walla Walla Travel booking page, which is the one place they are kept current.
We drive the day, they handle the booking
Northwest Touring & Concierge plans and operates every shared departure — the route, the appointments, the vehicle and the host. We hold full state and federal passenger authority; the credentials are on our licensing page.
Walla Walla Travel handles the reservations: the calendar, deposits, confirmations and guest communication. Two companies, one day out.
Travelling with a group of your own?
Once there are a few of you, a private day is usually the better answer — it runs on your date whether or not anyone else books, and the route is built around what your group wants rather than set in advance. Private days start at $475 for two on a Thursday through Saturday. Our private tours page has the three we run most.
Not sure which suits you?
Tell us your date and how many are coming, and we will point you to the one that fits — shared seats or a private day.
