These terms govern use of Northwest Touring & Concierge websites and booking inquiries operated by Northwest Touring LLC (“we,” “us”). By submitting a booking request or using our site, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide private wine tours, concierge transportation, and related charter services subject to availability, licensing, insurance, and a separate booking confirmation / deposit agreement. Website forms are requests, not confirmed reservations, until we confirm in writing and collect any required deposit.

Quotes & deposits

Rates depend on date, vehicle, party size, duration, and add-ons. Deposits, cancellation, and refund terms are provided at booking confirmation. Short-notice changes may not be refundable.

Conduct & safety

Guests must follow applicable law, winery rules, and reasonable driver instructions. We may refuse or end service for unsafe or unlawful behavior. Alcohol consumption in vehicles follows Washington law and company policy.

SMS Messaging

If you opt in on our booking form, we may send transactional SMS about your inquiry or confirmed tour (scheduling, logistics, pickup details, and related service messages). Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwest Touring LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or tour services beyond amounts paid for the specific booking at issue.
