Group transportation in the Walla Walla Valley
A group rarely needs one ride. It needs arrivals on four different flights, a transfer to the meeting, an afternoon out in the valley, dinner downtown, and everyone back to the airport on Sunday.
Northwest Touring & Concierge provides licensed transportation and hosted group days for corporate retreats, client outings and larger events in Walla Walla, Washington. We build the transportation around the whole schedule rather than one booking at a time, so the organizer gets to be part of the group instead of running it. Three 2025 Mercedes Sprinters move up to 39 guests together. Every group is quoted on its own dates, hours and complexity.
What the transportation plan covers
Any of these can stand on its own or run together across several days. The same vehicles and the same chauffeurs cover all of it, which is why the transitions stop being something anyone manages.
Airport and FBO arrivals
Pickups from Pasco or Walla Walla Regional, and from the FBO if the group is flying private. Arrivals rarely land together, so we plan around the actual flight times rather than one pickup window.
Meetings and venues
Transfers between lodging, meeting space, off-site sessions and whatever the schedule asks for during the working part of the visit.
Wine and golf days
The hosted part of the trip, run the way our private days run — appointments set in advance, lunch planned in, a local host with the group.
Dinners and evenings
Downtown reservations, private dinners, receptions, and getting everyone back to where they are staying afterward.
Departure day
Airport and onward transportation timed to the group's last morning, which is usually the part nobody has planned.
Moving the group together
Our compact 2025 Mercedes Sprinter suits smaller executive parties. The two large Sprinters seat up to 14 guests each, and running all three we can move up to 39 people at once. For an event larger than that, we will look at a shuttle rotation and tell you honestly whether the timing works.
Every service runs under full state and federal passenger authority, which is what lets us carry a group across the state line and build a schedule beyond the valley when the work calls for it. The credentials are on our licensing page if your procurement team needs them.
You do not need a finished itinerary
If the visit needs more than driving
Some visits need lodging held, venues found, dining booked and a schedule built around all of it. That is destination management, and it is what our partner Walla Walla Travel does. They can take the visit from the first lodging decision to the final departure, with us handling the transportation inside it.
If you are not sure which conversation you need, start here and we will point you to the right one. Planning work is scoped and priced separately from transportation, and you will know which is which before anything begins.
How groups are quoted
Group work is quoted on the dates, the vehicles, the total hours, the routes and how complex the schedule is — there is no per-head list price that would survive contact with a real itinerary. Your quote names the transportation included, and nothing is added afterward without your approval: no fuel surcharge, no booking fee, no mandatory gratuity.
A deposit is typically 50% of the projected cost, with the balance due within 48 hours after the service concludes.
Tell us about the group
Send the date range, rough headcount and the pieces you expect to need. We will come back with availability and a quote.
