Private days, planned around your group

These are the days we run most often, and each one is planned around the people joining us. Different properties, a later start, a longer lunch — tell us what you have in mind.

Weekend Tour

Thursday – Saturday

Our most requested days. We visit estate and scenic properties out in the valley rather than the downtown tasting rooms, and the itinerary is drawn from the conversation we have before you arrive. Lunch sits in the middle of the day — either brought in and paired with a midday tasting, or a table booked for you at a restaurant.

Includes
  • Pickup and drop-off at your hotel or rental
  • Set appointments
  • Lunch paired with a midday tasting, or a break for lunch at a restaurant downtown
  • A guide who knows the winemakers and the valley

Early Week Tour

Sunday – Wednesday

Midweek is when the valley is at its best for a taster who wants to talk. Tasting rooms are calmer, staff are less stretched, and winemakers are more often on the property and willing to sit down. Same planning, same vehicles, and a noticeably slower pace.

Includes
  • Pickup and drop-off at your hotel or rental
  • Quieter rooms and longer conversations
  • Winemaker time where we can arrange it
  • Lunch paired with a midday tasting, or a break for lunch at a restaurant downtown

Origins Tour

Scheduled dates

A tour of the founding estates: family-owned properties that established the Walla Walla Valley as a wine region and are still run by the people whose name is on the label. It is the day we recommend for anyone who wants to understand how the valley got here, not just what is in the glass.

Includes
  • Founding, family-owned estates
  • The history behind each property
  • Lunch paired with a midday tasting, or a break for lunch at a restaurant downtown
  • Open tour — ask us about upcoming dates

Services

Services beyond the tour day

Any of these can attach to a tour day or stand on its own. Licensed commercial transport, so the same vehicle and chauffeur cover all of it.

Private & executive transportation

Transportation needs that fall outside a formal tour — executive travel, FBO transfers, and trips beyond the Walla Walla Valley. Tell us the scenario and we will quote it.

Corporate groups & events

We are well equipped for corporate outings, retreats and large-group events, and can assist with planning, venue selection and accommodations through our relationships in the valley.

Private dinner service

A table arranged and held downtown, or a private chef at your rental. We drive, wait, and get everyone home.

Airport transfers

Pasco (PSC) is the practical arrival for most guests, and Walla Walla Regional (ALW) for smaller parties. Door to door, both directions, timed to your flights.

Evening and event driving

Weddings, release parties, a proposal at a vineyard. Hourly, with the same chauffeur all night.

The rest of your trip

We are glad to advise on lodging, dining and what else is worth your time here. The concierge half of the name is not decorative.

Beyond the valley

We work throughout the Northwest
